Symptom
Open any websheet from TM1 web gets error "Failed to open the target workbook. Make sure that the file has not been renamed or deleted."
Cause
Multiple aspose*.jar files in location <PA installation>\webapps\tm1web\WEB-INF\lib
Diagnosing The Problem
Open any websheet from TM1 web gets error "Failed to open the target workbook. Make sure that the file has not been renamed or deleted."
TM1web.log shows following error

Resolving The Problem
Issue caused by multiple aspose*.jar files in location <PA installation>\webapps\tm1web\WEB-INF\lib
In this particular client site, they have two files – aspose-cells.jar & aspose-cells-7.5.3.5.jar. After remove aspose-cells-7.5.3.5.jar, error was gone.
