How can you check if the installed product is associated with the right license keys for a customer? Is there a license key associated with SSFS installation?
Cause
One of the scenarios in which this could be needed is when the installation was done by an external party and now you want to check if the installation was done with the correct license keys.
Answer
There is not a unique key that gets tied with Sterling installation based on who installed it. If you have a login to Passport Advantage and can download Sterling software, you are supported and have a valid copy.
