This test fix addresses the following problem:

What's new in APAR3:
======IBM Data Studio client======
Fix PMR71151,122,000 - fix the issue debugging for native stored procedure on DB2 for z/OS.
Fix the issue of database statements generation for schema on DB2 for z/OS.

Support to add host name for DB2 for z/OS connect server.
Support parser validation.

Fix: PMR 15591,L6Q,000 - don't block deployment process when recover ASU time if saved ASU time is not valid.
Fix: PMR 09910,122,000 - fix the issue for 'Edit Data" when using SSL Connection.
Fix: PMR 17286,010,678 - fix the issue for default schema is not honoured when used in SQL script on DB2 for z/OS.
Fix: PMR 15430,999,760 - fix the issue for "Run" button is not enabled for IMPORT when specify a valid path with Japanese's character.
Fix: PMR 45900,060,678 - support deleting a row using Data Studio with specific Column type(Column type is VARCHAR, data type is HEX).

Support updating sqlj4.zip to be compatible with Java 1.8.
Support recognizing future DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows version which is higher than V10.6. Make it work normally for V10.6 features.

Fix: PMR 72660,250,631 - support tuning statements which contain expressions with OLAP specifications on DB2 for z/OS.
Fix: PMR 43125,L6Q,000 - support capturing query environment by using the global setting for SQLID and SCHEMA.
Fix: PMR 70533,077,649 - support tuning specific statements which use function with alias as select-clause item on DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows.
Fix: PMR 61526,077,724 - support primaryAccess='P' for webVE.
Fix: PMR 43125,L6Q,000 - support tuning specific statement which refer to the temporal table on DB2 for z/OS v11 environment.

Support tuning query from DB2 Query Monitor CAE Web Client with ¡®CR¡¯ in first line.
Support tuning workload from DB2 Query Monitor CAE Web Client, set current SQLID to proper value.
