This test fix addresses the following problem:

What's new in APAR1:
======IBM Data Studio client======
Fix: PMR 93151,122,000: fix the issue for improper removal of WLM Environment statement for native SQL stored procedure for DB2 for z/OS.

Support: Showing some specific tablespaces on DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows.
Support: Updating jcc driver to support the java 1.8.

======InfoSphere Optim Query Workload Tuner======

Fix: PMR 71074,7TD,000: support tuning specific statement on DB2 for z/OS environment which using double quotes as SQL delimiter.
Fix: PMR 88386,7TD,000: support running Workload Analytics Acceleration Advisor for specific static statements.
Fix: PMR 78422,122,000: support NON-SYSADM users to create explain tables automatically.
Fix: PMR 21130,057,649: support showing commands of workload statistic advisor recommendations in summary report when those commands are only recommended to collect complete statistics but not to repair problems.
Fix: PMR 68100,072,649: support long query text for scheduling capture task from package cache.
Fix: PMR 39230,033,724: support displaying cardinality of TBSCAN of a global temporary table.
Fix: PMR 77846,122,000: support migration of workload control center view's privilege from Optim Query Workload Tuner 4.1.1.
Fix: PMR 77846,122,000: Support doing configuration for DB2 for z/OS by using JCL.
Fix: PMR 81745,999,616: Support tuning specific workload which includes CREATE TEMPORARY table statement on DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows.
Fix: PMR 75336,122,000: support creating workload with query length between 3500 to 4000.

Support: SSL support in OQWT 412.
Support: Enable APG in Index What-if comparison result.
Support: Showing priorities in analysis results of single query advisor recommendations.

**Please note: Fix for InfoSphere Optim Query Workload Tuner for z/OS requires additional packages are bound and query tuning tables altering. 
               You can either configure your subsystems from Data Source Explorer->Analyze and Tune->Configure for Tuning wizards or submitting JCL jobs.
               You can find the guide, sample jobs and related DBRMs in QueryTunerServerConfig directory of the package.
