APAR JR58717 - Add support for Native Client v11 in SQL Server Stage

RESOLUTION :
Perform the following set of steps for the SQL Native client that you use,
By default the environment is set for using the SQL Native Client 6.
• For SQL Native  client 11, enter these commands on the computer where the engine tier is installed:
·       cd %DSHOME%\..\DSComponents\bin
·       cp -f liborchsqlservernt.dll liborchsqlserver8nt.dll
·       cp -f liborchsqlserver11nt.dll liborchsqlservernt.dll

• Once it has been set for SQL Server Native Client 11, to use for SQL Server client 6, enter these commands on the computer where the engine tier is installed:
·       cd %DSHOME%\..\DSComponents\bin
·       cp -f liborchsqlserver8nt.dll liborchsqlservernt.dll
