Introduction =============================================================================================== This fix pack updates the IBM TRIRIGA Application product. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prerequisites and supported products ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To install this fix pack, you must have IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager 10.5.3.2 installed. Note: IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager 10.5.3.3 was never released. IBM TRIRIGA Portfolio Data Manager 10.5.3.4 does not update any IBM TRIRIGA applications. It only delivers an .exe file that installs IBM TRIRIGA Connector for BIM 1.1.4.1 on client machines. =============================================================================================== 2. What's new in this fix pack =============================================================================================== This fix pack resolves a number of issues, as listed in the Resolved issues section. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IBM TRIRIGA 10.5.3.5 Patch Helper Workflows ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Patch helper workflows correct the record data in your IBM TRIRIGA application. A patch helper workflow can revise and update, bring new data records for a release, and recalculate records. The patch helper makes necessary changes to your IBM TRIRIGA database. You apply the patch helper workflows for a release after you install or upgrade to that release. Wait for one patch helper workflow to complete before you begin the next. Some patch helper workflows can take a long time to complete. The following patch helper workflows are in this release: Workflow Name: triPatchHelper - Synchronous - 10.5.3.5 - Main Patch Helper Description: This workflow sets the version number to 10.5.3.5. --- Workflow Name: triPatchHelper - triCalculate - 10.5.3.5 - Application Data - App Version Description: This workflow creates an Application Version record for 10.5.3.5 fix pack Release. =============================================================================================== 3. Installation instructions =============================================================================================== NOTE: The fix pack will overwrite existing objects and any customizations made to those objects. Review the list of objects using the Object Migration tool before you import the package. Follow these steps to apply this fix pack: 1 Browse to the 10.5.3-TIV-PDM-FP005.tar file downloaded from Fix Central. 2 Untar the file to extract the Object Migration package ZIP file (TRIRIGA_10_5_3_5.zip). 3 In the Administrator Console, ensure the Object Migration Agent and the Object Publish Agent are running. 4 Log in to TRIRIGA as an administrator. 5 Go to Tools > Object Migration. 6 Click New Import Package. 7 Browse for the file extracted in step 2 and click OK. 8 Use the Validate action to verify that the objects can be imported successfully. 9 Use the Import action to initiate the import process. A notification is sent to the user when the import process is completed. =============================================================================================== 4. Resolved issues ==================================================================================================== ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The following issues were resolved with this fix pack: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- APAR: IJ04639 Application: Asset Lease, Real Estate Lease Description: Partial payment and payment line items are now calculated correctly when the full payment start date is on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month. No extra payment is created. This change includes semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly payments. (Tri-53001) --- APAR: IJ08115 Application: Asset Lease, Real Estate Lease Description: After terminating an active lease, the Accounting and Local Reporting schedules now correctly display only the fiscal line items up to the termination date. Also, net equity values are now calculated correctly. (Tri-54277) --- Application: Asset Lease, Real Estate Lease Description: When terminating a lease, the selection to void payments was changed from "Void payments on and after termination date?" to "Void payments after termination date?". The wording is now consistent with how the accounting fiscal line items are voided. (Tri-54291) --- Application: Asset Lease, Real Estate Lease Description: When a lease is terminated, the final fiscal line item on the accounting schedules now retains the original values instead of incorrectly being recalculated.
