Support for Vuzix and RealWear AR and VR devices

Abstract

MaaS360 announces integration with RealWear and Vuzix to manage wearable Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) Android devices in a single unified solution. With this support, administrators can easily enroll the supported AR/VR wearable devices into the MaaS360 portal using the normal MDM enrollment workflows. In this release, MaaS360 adds support for enrollment and voice-based commands for navigation across MaaS360 agent screens.

 MaaS360 announces integration with RealWear and Vuzix to manage wearable Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) Android devices in a single unified solution. With this support, administrators can easily enroll the supported AR/VR wearable devices into the MaaS360 portal using the normal MDM enrollment workflows. To enroll a Vuzix device or RealWear device,

  1. Copy the MaaS360 apk file and bulk enrollment configuration file to the root folder and install the MaaS360 apk.
