How can I obtain support for the Java-based Outbound Email Connector (OEC) that is used to send emails from IBM Resilient?
Answer
The Java-based OEC was provided to some clients to replace the functionality of the IRHub based OEC which some clients ran on the Debian OVA that also hosted IBM Resilient.
With the release of Outbound Email for IBM Resilient application on the App Exchange support for the Java-based OEC ceases.
Get in touch with Security Expert Labs or your IBM Resilient Customer Success Manager if you require assistance migrating current functionality to the new Outbound Email for IBM Resilient application.
