Abstract
Support for changing the meeting time to proposed time

In the previous releases, MaaS360 added support to allow the attendees to propose a different time if the meeting invite conflicts with another meeting on their calendar. In this release, MaaS360 allows the organizers to see all proposed times for all attendees and change the meeting time to one of the proposed times.
Note: The feature is only supported on Exchange 2016+ and Office365 servers that use the new ActiveSync 16.1 protocol.
Changing the meeting time to the proposed time
An email notification is sent to the organizers when invitees propose a new time. The organizers can view all the proposed time requests in the email and calendar view. Organizers can tap Set as meeting time and then click Save in the Edit Event screen to change the meeting time to proposed time.
