Question
In Sterling MCF version 8.5; Records in YFS_Person_Info table are not being purged by Person Info purge agent.
Answer
The Person Info Purge agent purges records from the YFS_Person_Info table only when there are no references to that record to orders in either the live or the history tables.
References to History tables are also checked since orders can be restored
from history tables. Hence, to be able to purge records from the
YFS_Person_Info purge table, the associated orders should be purged from the
history tables as well.
