Troubleshooting
Problem
Sterling Control Center does not allow two entries of the same key when setting up a filter combination.
Symptom
Can not string together AND conditions for the same field (Message_ID doesn't’t equal 'SVTM100I' and Message_ID doesn't’t equal 'SVTM101I').
Report function drops one of the two.

Resolving The Problem
Apply the latest Sterling Control Center maintenance which includes the fix from SR 1370371.
