SSO not working - URL redirects to /ibmcognos/bi/bi/

Troubleshooting


Problem

Executed CA_IIS_Config.bat script located under <gateway install>\cgi-bin\templates\IIS directory to set up IIS web server for Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 but entering gateway URL in a browser it is redirecting to /ibmcognos/bi/bi.

Cause

Gateway URL in Cognos Configuration is not defined with the required URL.

Resolving The Problem

Change the gateway URL in Cognos Configuration
From:
http://<webservername>:80/ibmcognos/bi
To:
http://<webservername>:80/ibmcognos/bi/v1/disp
