Troubleshooting
Problem
Users are not able to add a "Service Now" account due to JSON error.
Symptom
When we try to test the connection, we get the following error and Guardium® kicks us out:
- Put your Service Now credentials and then click "Test connection"
- Here we can see the 1st error.
- Here is the 2nd error, JSON related.
Diagnosing The Problem
We can see this error in this log by using file server:
https://<YOURAPPLIANCE>:8445/log/opt-ibm-guardium-log/ticketService/ticketService.log
[ERROR] 10:26:23 - [CommonTicketService] com.guardium.rest.ticketService.CommonTicketServiceRESTProcessor doPost():com.guardium.portal.admin.GuardiumAccessException: This system is not licensed for the SQL application Security Assessment Builder.
It is pointing to a license issue. It is looking for Security Assessment Builder feature so we need look for a Vulnerability Assessment license like in the below examples:
- As we can see, there is not Vulnerability Assessment license
- No assessment builder detected
