Troubleshooting
Problem
In IBM Maximo Health, IBM Maximo Predict, or IBM Maximo Health and Predict - Utilities, when you select the query drop down menu, the application crashes.
Resolving The Problem
Complete the following steps:
- Right-click and and then click Inspect for the query drop down menu element.
- Open the Network tab.
- Filter by 'apimeta,' reload the page, and record the response for the following API call: https://*fixed URL root*/maximo/oslc/apimeta/mxapiasset?lean=1&relativeuri=1&internalvalues=1
- In the errors that appear on screen, search by priority or the keyword causing the issue and find the query names.
- From the navigation menu, click Application administration and open the Object structures application.
- Open the MXAPIASSET object structure.
- In the More Actions menu, click Query Definition.
- Filter by the query name from step 4, update the titles, and then save the object structure.
