IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to a security restrictions bypass in Git , caused by improper input validation by the git_connect_git function in connect.c (CVE-2021-40330). Vulnerability Details

CVEID: CVE-2021-40330
DESCRIPTION: Git could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by improper input validation by the git_connect_git function in connect.c. By sending a specially-crafted request using a newline character in a repository path, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to perform cross-protocol requests attacks.
