Summary
IBM Watson Speech Services Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the TCP syslog server (receiver) components (CVE-2022-24903). DESCRIPTION: rsyslog is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the TCP syslog server (receiver) components. By sending a specially-crafted request, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
