Where can you find a sample response file to install or uninstall IBM® Rational ClearCase Remote Client or IBM® Rational ClearTeam Explorer?

Answer

The attached response files provide templates for installing or uninstalling IBM® Rational ClearCase Remote Client and IBM® Rational ClearTeam Explorer on any platform.

Download and uncompress the file that corresponds to the version of ClearCase® Remote Client or ClearTeam Explorer that you are working with. Then, find the appropriate template file for installing or uninstalling and modify the settings as needed for your site following the instructions provided in the file.

Important: IBM® Installation Manager 32-bit cannot coexist on the same system with IBM® Installation Manager 64-bit. If you want to use IBM® Installation Manager 1.6.0 or later for installing releases 7.1.2.8 or 8.0.0.4 or later, remove all IBM® Installation Manager 32-bit versions installed on the system before you install the 64-bit version. For details, see the Installation Manager Information Center, version 1.6.
