Is Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) supported for Maximo Anywhere authentication?
Answer
SAML implementation is outside the scope of support. Maximo Anywhere support can provide a generic document with high level overview and some sample code. The document defines the process for Maximo server enablement for Anywhere SAML authentication. This document is generic and it does not provide details for specific implementations. SAML implementation requires customization in order to work with the wanted Identity Provider.
