Troubleshooting
Problem
Tests that are run on the command line with IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT) terminate abnormally.
Symptom
During a long test run, RunTests exits for no apparent reason.
The standard output of the RunTests command ends with the following message:
RunTests:
JVM terminated. Exit code=143
This is followed by the Java launch options.
Cause
This error indicates that the process has been killed using the kill command.
Resolving The Problem
Investigate any system scripts or monitoring software that might be killing the RunTests or java process.
