Problem
Running DDS::MySubscriber component in IBM Rational Rhaposdy results in message "failure creating participant"
Symptom
DDSDomainParticipant_impl::create_disabledI:!create participant
DDSDomainParticipant_impl::createI:!create participant
DomainParticpantFactory_impl::create_participant():!create failure creating participant
Cause
This is caused by a missing RTI license.
Resolving The Problem
Make sure you have a valid license in the directory specified by NDDSHOME or RTI_LICENSE_FILE environment variable.
Please contact DDS vendor (RTI/OpenSplice) directly if you have not received a license.
