Problem
When attempting to open the Relations/References window from selected elements in a search results window by shortcut CTRL+R, then the References window does not contain the correct results.
Symptom
You receive an empty window, or a window with incorrect elements.
Cause
You want to get relations/references from an element which was found by a search and which now is selected in the search results window.
Resolving The Problem
The shortcut CTRL+R is valid for the selected element in the Rhapsody browser only, independent of another element in another window being selected.
To get the relations/references from an element in the search window, you need to right click this element, and select Navigate -> References...
