Abstract
MaaS360 offers meaningful customer onboarding experience by offering guided walkthrough on first-time login to the customer account. Administrators can take advantage of this guided tour to set up essential steps that are necessary to manage, secure, and enroll devices. The guided walkthroughs are offered as a Quick Start wizard and also to review essential functions in the MaaS360 portal Home page. Currently, the guided tour is available in English language only.

First-time login to MaaS360 portal account
The guided walkthrough is displayed during the Quick Start setup and in the portal Home page.
The Welcome to MaaS360 screen is displayed when an administrator logs in to the customer account at first time. The click of 'Let's go' in this screen starts the Quick Start wizard. The Quick Start guides administrator to complete important initial setup that is necessary to manage and secure devices. The wizard includes setup Apple enrollment, setup Android Enterprise, setup security policies, configure corporate email, and to enroll devices.
Administrator can get started with Quick Start set up or skip for now and do it later. The option to skip any of these initial setups is also available at every step during the Quick Start configuration. For information about Quick Start setup see, Configuring the Quick Start for the first time.
Guided walkthrough for portal Home page
After Quick Start setup completion, the portal Home page is displayed that shows a guided tour for Home page essential functions. If administrator skips Quick Start wizard, the Home page still continues with the walkthrough for Home page.
Click 'Start the tour' to begin with Home page walkthrough. This guided tour shows some of the portal Home page essential functions such as Main Menu, My Alert Center, My Activity Feed, Quick Actions, Insights Advisor and Get Help. Administrator can use the 'Next and 'Back' options to review over the walkthrough elements.
Following on-screen wizard is shown for the Home Page functions.
Note: The guided walkthroughs for Quick Start wizard and portal Home page functions are currently available in English only. Customer accounts on other supported languages by MaaS360 continue to see the following welcome screen pop-up that serves as quick tour to get started with MaaS360. This screen is not shown for customer accounts in English locale.
