Troubleshooting
Problem
For Tag controlled Items, the system does not mandate capture of Tag details while performing PO receipt or Shipment receipt from RF.
Symptom
System does not prompt the user to scan the Tag details during receiving
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a PO with some quantity of the item
2. Confirm the PO
3. Log into RF go to Receive, PO
4. Enter the PO number click enter
5. Enter the Location
6. Enter the Item ID
7. Enter the quantity and disposition code and receive the Inventory
The system did not prompt for Tag details
Cause
The configuration of the Node in the Participant modeling might be incorrect
Resolving The Problem
From Application Manager > Use the Application Platform > Participant Modeling
Open the Receiving Node , Advanced Attributes.
Under the section Capture Tag Information
Either enable the radio button
-Only when receiving or
-When performing any node operation
This setting will mandate capturing of Tag information during receiving for Tag controlled items
