Why are certain operating systems not visible in the OS BREAKDOWN pane of the Endpoints tab on the QRadar EDR (formerly ReaQta) dashboard?
Answer
By design, the OS BREAKDOWN pane shows only the top 10 operating systems with the highest endpoint counts present in the infrastructure.
You can use the Advanced Filter in Endpoint tab and filter it by OS type to view endpoints that use a particular operating system.
