Problem
- Windows users can see the error: "Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error".
- Mac users can see the error: "Error 79 - Inappropriate file type or format".
- Linux users can see the error: "There was an error while extracting password.zip".

Resolving The Problem
Windows OS
Use a third-party archive tool like 7-Zip, WinRar, WinZip, or PeaZip to open the file
macOS
Use a third-party archive tool like The Unarchiver, or install p7zip and run the following command to open the file:
7za -p{password} x password.zip
Linux OS
Use a third-party archive tool like PeaZip or install p7zip and run the following command to open the file:
7za -p{password} x password.zip
If none of the software mentioned previously is able to open the .zip file, it could indicate that the file is corrupted. You can download the .zip file and try again or contact IBM Support for assistance.
