Problem
Edits that you make to the deployment/statefulset directly to modify the replica number do not take effect.
Resolving The Problem
Assist is controlled by an operator. In some cases, when you edit the deployment/statefulset, it does not work because the operator reconciles back.
If you want to scale the replica up or down for Assist deployment, use `oc edit assist` in the Assist project to modify the replica number in Custom Resource.
Note that for an embedded Redis server, the scaling up and down of the replica is not supported.
