Should the Primary Meter field be editable?
Answer
Work order Tracking (Tr) has a section titled "Primary Meter". The section contains many fields that are read-only.
For this section to be editable there must be an asset with a primary meter defined. On the Meters tab of the Assets (Tr) application make sure that the "Primary Meter" check box is checked.
Once the asset with a primary meter is added to the work order, the "Primary Meter" section will become editable
