Problem
Predict 8.7.1, the task preloadNotebooks (in predict-entitymgr-ws pod) keeps uploading three files and filling in PVC `file-api-claim` cp4d project.
DT209437 - Watson Studio is running out of space due to uploading of multiples of the same Predict file over and over again.
Resolving The Problem
It is still possible loading the notebooks by entering a project ID into the Predict workspace page, and removing the project ID right after the notebook job finishes. To check whether the job finished, check the Preload Notebooks status card on the Predict workspace details page.
