Predictions are configured but prediction data is not displayed

Troubleshooting


Problem

In IBM® Maximo® Predict, on the Assets tab, if you open an asset and then expand the Prediction section, the cards that contain prediction data are empty when predictions are configured.

Resolving The Problem

Complete the following steps to verify that prediction data is accessible for the asset from the Predict grouping tab:

  1. In Maximo Predict, open the Predict grouping tab.
  2. Open a group that the asset is a part of.
  3. From the Scored assets table, open the asset record.
  4. Open the Prediction section.

If prediction data is available in that version of the asset record, ensure that the asset is not included in more than one prediction group. If the asset is in more than one group, prediction data for the asset cannot be determined when the asset record is opened outside of the group, for example, from the Assets tab.
