Potential "OutOfMemoryError" after upgrading to IBM Resilient SOAR v39

Abstract

Customers may observe OutOfMemoryError in client.log after upgrading to IBM Resilient SOAR v39.0.6328 or v39.1.42. The issue has been resolved and new versions are available IBM Fix Central.

IBM Resilient SOAR Customers upgrading to v39.0.6328 or v39.1.42 may experience degradation in server responsiveness due to a gradual increases in memory usage by the resilient service. If the maximum heap size is reached, you will see an "OutOfMemoryError" in the client.log.

Current Status: This issue has now been resolved, and customers are advised to upgrade to v39.0.6329 or v39.1.43 from IBM Fix Central.
