Troubleshooting
Problem
PAW doesn't show rows correctly on a view. When scrolling down only some rows are visible. Page down shows more rows than scrolling. However, when scrolling up again, the rows disappear.
Symptom
Blank rows in PAW
Cause
Large widgets
Resolving The Problem
Do not create very tall widgets on the dashboard.
A fixed size page of rows/columns (30 columns x 60 rows) is fetched. If a widget exceeds that size, then you may see blank areas.
Use the widget scroll bars not the canvas scroll bar.
If there is just one widget on the page, best practice is to use the single widget layout. This will maximise the widget and avoid double scroll bars.
