Planning Analytics Administration: Selecting Manage User Accounts Results in Error: 500: Internal server error

Troubleshooting


Problem

In Planning Analytics Administration Users tab, when one selects Manage User Accounts, the following error will occur.

Symptom

ERROR:
Error 500: Internal server error. Error while processing request

Cause

Browser caching

Resolving The Problem

STEPS:
Implement one of the options below:

1.If Chrome browser is used, open Chrome Incognito browser
(this will eliminate caching being the issue)
If using Internet Explorer, use InPrivate browser option (to eliminate caching)

If the above works fine then:
2.Delete the browser cache
For example if using Chrome to clear cache
At top right of page>select Customize Control option (3 dots)>Select More tools > Clear browsing data

or

3.Test using a different browser
