Troubleshooting


Problem

The installer for Planning Analytics 2.0.x Local includes an Access Manager component as part of the web tier component.

Resolving The Problem

The Access Manager component must be selected to be installed as part of the Planning Analytics 2.0 Local web tier installation. If the Access Manager component is not installed then TM1Web and the PMPSVC web application will not be able to connect to the TM1 Admin Server and the TM1 Server. The TM1Web login page and the PMPSVC initialization.jsp page will not list any TM1 models.

If the Planning Analytics 2.0.x web tier installation was installed without the Access Manager then it's recommended to reinstall with the Access Manager component selected.
