Renewing the WebSphere generated personal certificate is not reflected by the SOAP port connection.
PROBLEM SUMMARY
USERS AFFECTED:

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When the WebSphere generated personal certificate is renewed, the deployment manager reports that the certificate was successfully renewed by the certificate monitor. The https endpoints from the deployment manager and application servers also show that the renewed certificate is used. However, the SOAP port still uses the old certificate.
The issue happens with the following fix packs: 8.5.5.21,8.5.5.22,9.0.5.10,9.0.5.11,9.0.5.12, 9.0.5.13
PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The runtime is updated to address this issue.
