What roles and permission we need to assign to the users, so they can access the link to open terminal in any of the Projects that they listed as collaborator of that project?

Answer

In CP4D, the default role "user" has permission of "Create deployment space" and "Create Project". With this permission, the default role "user" has ability to open and edit Jupyter Notebook in the project where they listed as a collaborator. And since the link to open terminal exists in the edit mode of Jupyter Notebook, everyone with default role "user" is able to access the link to open terminal.
