Troubleshooting
Problem
After logging into PAW, the website constantly refreshes automatically, so, I can login, but after login, I can't do anything as the website is continiously refreshing. I have tried with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, but in all three browsers, the behaviour is the same.

Resolving The Problem
Workaround :
A)To make sure we have a backup of the system please do the following steps:
1. Login to your Windows 2016 system with the PAW installation
2. Start a "Powershell" with the option "Run as Administrator"
3. Change in this Powershell window into the Planning Analytics
installation folder on this machine. Something like .....\PAW
4. In the PAW folder do a change directory (CD) to the scripts folder:"cd scripts"
5. Run the backup script: ".\backup.ps1" This should create a backup of
your PAW system.
B)When this is successfully done please use the next steps below to solve
the flickering issue.
You can use the same Powershell window as before.
Attention: Powershell need to be started with the "Run as Administrator" option.
1. Run the docker command to stop the BSS database: "docker stop bss"
2. Run the docker command to delete the entries in the bss database:
"docker rm -v bss"
3. Change into the PAW installation folder on this machine (see step 3 above).
4. In the PAW folder do a change directory (CD) to the scripts folder: "cd scripts"
5. Restart/reinitialize the PAW environment with the following command: ".\paw.ps1"
This should show you a list of restarted PAW services and that the bss
is initialized.
B1)For my customer :
Instead of recreating BSS database, I used the restore.ps1
script to restore a backup of the previous PAW version I installed (2.0.21).
Be aware this will take a while, it depends on the system you are using
till all services and containers are up and running again.
After some minutes (depends on your system) try to access PAW in a new
browser window.
The flickering should be gone now.
