Troubleshooting
Problem
Setting up a connection to an Oracle ContentStore, the following error is encountered: [ ERROR ] The database connection cannot be made. Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12505, TNS: listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor Setting up an advanced Oracle connection to the ContentStore works without issue.
