Troubleshooting
Problem
As an Operator, attempting to create an Organization, with Administrator users as members triggers an error message;
"Organization 'Org-ID' could not be created
Symptom
Switch role to be Operator;
Click and create a new Organization and add a user that has, the Administrator role;
Save;
The Save reports an error but create the Organization;
Resolving The Problem
The Operator role is insufficient to modify Administrator users. Ask an Administrator to give the users access to the new organization. Or create the organization with the Administrator role.
