Why is OPEN_ORDER not considered as a demand for ATP calculations in IBM Sterling Order Management?

Cause

The Availability data does not show correct information.

Answer

OPEN_ORDER is a unscheduled demand and hence cannot be considered for ATP calculations.


For a demand to be considered for ATP calculations, the following should be met:
  • It has to be a demand against a node.
  • It has be to set as a promised demand.
