What are the most current PTFs for my OmniFind Text Search Server product 5733-OMF?
Cause
Customers may sometimes not know, that certain defect or usage problems they are having, might be related to missing PTFs that they don't currently have on their system.
Answer
As OmniFind PTFs are added to the Database Group-PTFs, it is usually sufficient to install the current DB for IBM i Group-PTF to use a recommended PTF Level.
This document provides a list for each IBM i version with corresponding OmniFind PTFs. Before a case is opened with IBM i Database support for defect or usage problems, clients might want to install these PTFs.
