Install and Upgrade Prerequisites

WebSphere, JazzSM/DASH, and version requirements when installing or upgrading Web GUI. Note the Web GUI and Impact version combinations supported by Netcool Operations Insight (NOI).

Fixpacks at FixCentral

Note the Fixpack installer for Web GUI is different from Core (ObjectServer). For example, 8.1.0-TIV-NCOMNIbus-Linux-FP0028.codesigned.zip (437.54 MB) is for Core (Linux) while Web GUI (Linux) is OMNIbus-v8.1.0-WebGUI-FP28-IM-Extensions-linux64-UpdatePack.codesigned.zip (324.43 MB).
