Description 

 The error might appear if:        
 1. Macro security is set to 'high'    in WORD.   
      To resolve, set the security back to 'medium' via Tools > Macro > Security.   
      Restart Word and retry the export.       
 2. The 'normal.dot' file is corrupted.
