Problem
Selecting the filter icon to filter a visualization produces a warning:
Cause
To be able to filter a visualization on a data item that does not appear on the chart, you can include the data item in the Extra Data area in the chart. Below, <Product> has been added to the Extra Data area.
If this data item results in more than 5000 values, you receive the warning when clicking on the filter icon. Below, <Order number> results in more than 5000 values.
Resolving The Problem
Ensure the data item included in the Extra Data area does not result in more than 5000 values.
