A non-administrator user tries to log in to an administrator desktop and gets an error message

Release Notes

Abstract

Content Navigator has Single Sign-On installed. A non-administrator user tries to log in to a Content Navigator adminstrator desktop. An error message displays that the userid does not have the proper privileges to access the administrator's desktop. If you close the error message dialog, the spinning icon spins forever and the browser is unresponsive.

Content

The user needs to close the browser or clean all cookies and cached content. Log in to the Content Navigator desktop with a userid that has administrator privileges.
