Troubleshooting
Problem
Filter and Sort option is missing from the context menu in Query Studio.
The option is available for some FM packages, not for others.
Cause
The issue is caused by an unused data source in FM model.
The data source shows several properties 'Unspecified'.
Resolving The Problem
Remove all data sources not required from the FM model and republish your Package.
