Troubleshooting
Problem
If you upgrade to Planning Analytics 2.0.8, you might not be able to slice to Excel or export to Excel from TM1 Web. This problem occurs on TM1 Web running in a Firefox or Chrome browser.
Resolving The Problem
After an upgrade from 2.0.7 to 2.0.8, add the following parameter to the tm1web_config.xml file:
<add key="CSPHeaderFrameSource" value="" />
This parameter sets allowed valid sources for the frame-src directive. If it is blank, the default value is '*', which allows contents from all sources to load.
