Problem

After a connection has been added to Planning Analytics for Excel, the connection is lost/removed when PA for Excel is closed and reopened.

Resolving The Problem

One specific cause of this problem with one customer, had been the use of a tool named DGAgent (Digital Guardian).  When this tool was disabled, the problem no longer occurred.  Customer had worked with their DGAgent team to identify and resolve the problem.
