This problem only affects Planning Analytics Cloud customers
Resolving The Problem
This problem will be resolved in Planning Analytics Workspace 2.0.45. The below two workarounds are recommended in the interim:
Workaround #1: Open the Database Settings for another database. Then go back to the Database Settings of the problematic database and it should now work.
Workaround #2: Should there be only one database and workaround #1 cannot be applied, refresh browser page
