Troubleshooting
Problem
The data content and cell values in PAfE show #NAME on refresh.
Cause
The IBM Cognos Office Reporting TM1 add-in gets disabled while one is still logged in to a TM1 instance.
Environment
Microsoft Excel on Windows. Note, only Windows OS is supported.
Diagnosing The Problem
Check whether you have a software distribution package that installs PAfE but is not set to enable it by default.
Resolving The Problem
To enable the add-in:
- In Excel, go to File and click Options.
- Click Add-ins.
- Scroll down to Manage and click Go... .
- In the list of available add-ins, IBM Cognos Office Reporting TM1 must be selected.
