  • Customers with a Support contract can use the "Open a Case" button at top right corner of the SPSS Licensing Support page to open a licensing case with SPSS Technical Support

  • Any SPSS user can use the blue "Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues" button to submit a Licensing case.  
  • The licensing form is limited to Licensing questions only
  • Customers using an IBM ID with associated support contract will automatically be transferred to the standard "Open Case" process with all available options
Add the following details, when applicable, to your support request:
- version of the SPSS program you are using
- version of the SPSS Concurrent Licensing server if used
- exact problem description including full error message
- authorization code(s) which help us to identify your account and entitlements

SPSS Statistics Subscription does not use license keys.
